At Sun at Six, our focus has always been on the way in which furniture and spaces can help nourish the relationships and connections in our lives. Such things are deeply personal and intimate, and never one size fits all. It follows, then, that the same applies to furniture.
We now offer custom furniture tailored for your space, your rhythm, and your way of living. Choose from a selection of our designs and modify to precisely suit your needs.

Case Goods
Currently, we provide customization on dining tables, coffee tables, media cabinets, sideboards, and nightstands. The below customizations are available:
° Dimension changes in width, height, and depth, e.g. a sideboard exactly 120"W x 18"D x 22"H.
° Material and finish changes, e.g. a coffee table in makata wood with an Amber finish rather than the standard white ash options. This customization is available for all products.
° Shape changes, e.g. a dining table with an oval top instead of a rectangular top.
° Cutouts, e.g. a cutout for additional wiring holes or electronics
Whether you’re furnishing a home, workspace, or hospitality setting, our team works closely with you to refine dimensions and details while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Every custom Sun at Six piece is crafted from solid wood using traditional joinery techniques — ensuring that even as we adapt the form, the quality and craftsmanship remain unchanged.

Upholstery
While we do not currently offer COM (Customer’s Own Material), upholstered pieces — with the exception of the Temi Collection — can be ordered in muslin coverings for easy reupholstery at your preferred upholsterer.
We also offer an expanded selection of leathers and fabrics, available for a 10% upcharge. This extended range allows designers and homeowners to explore new tones and textures that complement our signature wood finishes. Browse our expanded assortment here.
